Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms
By accessing or using Kredam Sports facilities and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Kredam Sports Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Facility Usage
- Users must follow all safety guidelines and rules displayed at the facility.
- Appropriate sportswear and footwear must be worn at all times on courts.
- Kredam is not responsible for personal belongings left at the facility.
- Users must vacate courts within 5 minutes of their booked slot ending.
- Any damage to equipment or facilities caused by negligence will be charged to the user.
3. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Users must arrive within 15 minutes of their booked slot, otherwise the booking may be released.
- Kredam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to maintenance, emergencies, or events.
- Transferring bookings to another person is not permitted without prior approval.
4. Memberships
- Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Members must present valid membership ID or account credentials for verification.
- Membership benefits apply only during the active membership period.
- Kredam reserves the right to revoke membership for violation of facility rules.
5. Liability
Kredam Sports shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues arising from the use of facilities. Users participate in sports activities at their own risk. Users with pre-existing health conditions should consult a physician before engaging in physical activities.
Cancellation Policy

Academy / Coaching Sessions
- Coaching fees are charged on a monthly basis and are non-refundable once the month has started.
- Cancellation before the start of the month will receive a full refund.
- Missed sessions due to personal reasons cannot be carried forward unless prior approval is obtained.
- Sessions cancelled by Kredam due to coach unavailability will be rescheduled or credited.
Events / Tournaments
- Full refund if registration is cancelled 7 or more days before the event.
- 50% refund if cancelled 3 to 7 days before the event.
- No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before the event.
- If an event is cancelled by Kredam, a full refund will be issued.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, and payment details when you register, make bookings, or interact with our services.
How We Use Your Information
- To process bookings, memberships, and payments.
- To communicate with you about your bookings, account, and our services.
- To send promotional offers and updates (with your consent).
- To improve our services and user experience.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Payment information is processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store credit/debit card details on our servers.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (payment processors, email services) solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

Refund Policy
General Refund Terms
- Refunds are processed as per the cancellation policy timelines mentioned above.
- All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Wallet credits or Kredam balance refunds are processed instantly.
- Partial refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service.
Non-Refundable Items
- Membership fees once the membership period has started.
- No-show bookings (failure to arrive within 15 minutes of booked slot).
- Equipment rental or pro shop purchases (unless defective).
- Convenience or service fees.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any disputes regarding charges or refunds, please contact our support team at support@kredam.in or call us at +91 95883 10672. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days.
